Pros:

• Listing properties is their strong suit…and we love how they list properties. They cast a wide net and post on the MLS as well as Realtor.com, Homes Database, Zillow, Yahoo! Real Estate, Trulia, Listhub, etc.
• We’ve said it before: pervasive listings are a good thing.
• They have testimonials. Note of caution: Because we couldn’t find reviews on third party sites, we slightly discount the value of these reviews.
• Their basic $195 listing direction package is well-priced AND the services associated with the offering are clear.
• This is an active seller. They currently have 100 active listings. 101 listing were sold in the past 12 months.
• Their site provides several links to useful information, even if the information is not perfectly organized. If you are willing to dig deep, you can find a lot of useful information.We just wished the site layout was better organized.

Cons:

• When we called, we were answered by an automated system. Not good.
• Also, we found little information about hours of operation.
• We like flat fee MLS companies who are responsive, especially during their hours of operation.
• THEY ARE NOT A GOD FIT FOR A NOVICE HOME SELLER.
• Listingexpress.com offers additional services outside of their basic package, but they are hard to find and come with little or no insight as to why you would want them.
• Many flat fee MLS sellers need more than just a basic listings package.
• Also, they DO NOT offer negotiating or contract preparation/review services.
• Regarding the active listings noted above, it appears that there may only be one agent here.
• The lack of a live answer to our call and the quantity of listings suggests that this may not be an ideal solution for the “service-minded” seller.
